CURRICULUM

Your qualifications are your calling card. The Academy’s curriculum thoroughly prepares students with the knowledge and skills that are essential to prescribe exercise and direct fitness programs for active and sedentary individuals.  The high academic standards of The Academy’s program provides students with the qualifications to train anyone, including senior citizens and those with multiple medical conditions including but not limited to obesity, diabetes, heart disease and hypertension.

Evolution has its benefits. Academy graduates will have a deep understanding of biomechanics, training adaptations, nutrition, anatomy, exercise physiology, and exercise prescription that far exceed the current standards in the industry. Along with classroom lectures and practical instruction our students have the opportunity to attend special workshops lead by guest experts in the field.  As a result Academy graduates represent an evolved culture of fitness professionals that will have a profound impact on the health and fitness community.
